Dr. Tim Goodwin

Dr. Tim Goodwin graduated from Life Chiropractic College in Marietta Georgia in 1996. After chiropractic school, he decided that he was going to follow his love of the outdoors, so he packed his bags and headed for Salt Lake City in 1998.

He married his wife Holly in 2006 and together, they have 4 children. He has been certified in pediatric chiropractic for over ten years and loves to adjust children and babies. He has had the opportunity of working on some very famous people, world record holders, professional cyclists, football players, MMA fighters and many many more.

With over fifteen years of experience in sports chiropractic, he has been able to bridge his passion for sports into his passion for healthy living.

Timmy Goodwin, LMT, has been a dedicated massage therapist since 2019, specializing in sports-specific injuries, trigger point therapy, and cupping. With a deep understanding of muscular function and rehabilitation, he is also well-versed in muscle testing, allowing him to pinpoint imbalances and help clients achieve optimal movement and recovery.

As the son of Dr. Tim Goodwin, Timmy grew up immersed in the world of chiropractic and holistic healing, shaping his passion for hands-on therapy and patient care. With years of personal and professional experience, he takes a results-driven approach to massage, helping athletes, weekend warriors, and individuals dealing with chronic pain regain mobility and strength.
